I've always been a curious soul, asking endless questions to understand the world around me. If an answer didn’t resonate, I kept searching—something that has been both a challenge and a gift throughout my life.

Raised in a Catholic family, I was encouraged by my mother to explore different spiritual beliefs. She told me, "I'm giving you a spiritual foundation, but as you grow, you get to decide what feels right for you." That perspective shaped my journey and still guides me today.

Fifteen years ago, I attended a Women’s Wellness Weekend, where I had my first Reiki session. The Reiki Master was also intuitive, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. Though I knew little about energy work at the time, I felt its power deeply as an empath. That moment sparked a journey of learning—reading books, attending courses, and eventually becoming a Certified Reiki Master over three years ago. Reiki is not only a scientifically supported energy practice for well-being, but also a deeply spiritual connection to God/Source.

My journey into energy work expanded further when a friend introduced me to crystals. When I held a large Citrine tower, I felt it buzz in my hand—an experience that both amazed and unsettled me. I later discovered the science behind crystals, their energetic frequencies, and their connection to both technology and the human body. This led me to become a Certified Crystal Chakra Healer as well.

I like to think of my spiritual awakening as a lifelong unfolding—a continuous journey rather than a single moment. Over time, I realized that everyone’s spiritual path is unique. Some experience gradual transformations, while others undergo sudden, profound shifts (often called a Kundalini Awakening). In 2024, after years of offering guidance privately, I felt called to officially step into my role as a Certified Spiritual Coach—helping others navigate their own awakening, offering clarity, and being a light in an often confusing world.

With a background in training and coaching, I bring curiosity, discernment, and deep respect for each person's experience and beliefs. My passion is to guide others through their self-discovery, offering tools, support, and insights so they can find their own answers.
